All responses were tire kickers looking to simply see what their houses were worth.Though my responses have been from different marketing sources, the leads I received have expressed one constant – owners are getting inundated with the SAME type of marketing from RE investors: postcards and letters.

This article repeats the same tired storyline that the big, mean company evicted the tenant (who is violating their lease terms), and that the landlord can afford to make all the repairs...as if the repairs in a house are in any way connected to the eviction.  

The seller's (mostly tired landlord Boomers+) contact me to sell (usually from my "I buy plexes" CL ad), but their prices are too high for my metrics.
