All responses were tire kickers looking to simply see what their houses were worth.Though my responses have been from different marketing sources, the leads I received have expressed one constant – owners are getting inundated with the SAME type of marketing from RE investors: postcards and letters.

This article repeats the same tired storyline that the big, mean company evicted the tenant (who is violating their lease terms), and that the landlord can afford to make all the repairs...as if the repairs in a house are in any way connected to the eviction.

I guess Paul was mentioning me as "Bill" and I say things closely to those remarks, I resemble those remarks LOL.IMO, no and NPN's isn't the best way to get into notes.Small seller financed notes carry deeper discounts due to poor underwriting by sellers, these folks get tired of collections and may be more motivated to sell.
