In over 5 years of sending a ton of direct mail we have got countless "f-u" calls from crazy homeowners, but never once have any of those same loony-tunes actually shown up at my office.

If I knew u were going to be bring me a deal I am unlikely to see again putting a lot more money in is not such a big ask.

Any New York Investors who don’t mind connecting or JV with me, I would be more then gladly to work with u.

Why not just have something built fresh where I can critique every detail of the building on its way up rather than sitting waiting for a deal that has downsides to it wich u won't be 100% satisfied with.

Both have virtually the same choices of architectural detail i.e. curvalinear, pop outs, roof line options, T, L and even U shapes can be designed to meet just about any design challenge found in "SITE BUILT" homes.Both can have garages albeit HUD MANUFACTURED HOMES do require an alteration permit if the garage is to be attached.
