I was wondering if it would be more productive in the long run to pay all my college loans as I finish school or save for property?

My suggestion is to think about paying for coaching and also doing JV with someone so you can learn the deal from start to finish.

I am wondering if making an offer of $40,000 is too aggressive and will the bank entertain that offer?

Upon inspecting the property after move out, I discovered the tenants had applied a polish/wax to the floors.I had two flooring experts out and they both assessed there was no way to remove the polish/wax and restore to the matte finish.
