We sell turn keys in KC and are having absolutely no problem getting tenants, even in these typically slow winter months.

The condos have been winterized and do need some work.

Hmmm.I imagine in your area of the country there might be a reason to not have winter vacancies, but I would think places of good value would rent up quickly spring, summer, or fall.

All too often I get focused in on one solution and end up being unable to see the forest from the trees.I can't wait to get started.
