We got in the car every weekend and just drove a couple square mile area near Lower Greenville and Skillman. 

I told them I would take care of it and not take it out of their walking money.I also see the owner every other weekend, as he does the neighbor's yard for extra money.

I just posted the property for rent this past weekend and have received a lot of interest.  

Lou - everybody thinks they can paint - you need a pro - when selecting someone - ask for reference.I have found some great people to work for me by running an ad - I want to try to get the pro who is working a job in his profession as an employee - most of those with the skills you want will jump at an opportunity to pick up some easy money doing what they do, but doing it for you.Wanted -Painter - part time $20 (or whatever) an hour, evening and weekends  PART TIME, cash payments to paint XYZ call Lou - 443-0000.When they call - get credentials - have them look at the job and ask how long it will take to complete - estimate the hourly rate and tell them you will pay a bonus if complete within X hours - etc.Charles

We are going to pull it out and put in a wood laminate this weekend.

If you see your 401K declining you're probably not going to run out and buy that vacation home on the Gulf Coast, weekend house in Palm Springs, or the ski-in ski-out condo in Aspen. 

They moved out that weekend and we left it at that as I did not want to spend more money just to put a judgment against them.
