After attaining my Bachelor’s Degree I started the searcher for my career when I rediscovered my passion in real-estate.

I am in the learning phase in my REI career and will be pursuing a RE license very soon.

There is a place for Realtors and being one and making it my new career in the last couple months I have to stick up for them (even though lots of them are worthless). 

All,My fiance is taking her real estate test today to become a broker to work all of our upcoming multifamily deals we have coming up as well as some friend's deals. 

Im so Eager to start a Career in Real Estate investing so i thought there was no loss in coming.

With only $20K to invest and so early in your career, try to do real estate by partnering up with someone that knows what they are doing preferably in your area so that you can meet with them, see the property, and really get into it.
