These listings are often designated as potential HomePath possibilities on the MLS listings, and you can also use the HomePath website to confirm whether or not a property is eligible.HomePath financing is only available through lenders that have specifically been chosen by Fannie Mae.There are two key features to the HomePath program: (1) it does not require an appraisal and (2) it does not require PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance).
Kel S Rental has jet bathtub...what kind maintenance/issues? Will we have to fix for tenants if breaks?

Well, I think the most practical way to handle this from your perspective is to put a clause in your rental agreement that the tenant is responsible for any maintenance of the jet-tub.Obviously, it may turn one or two potential renters off, but you will find someone that LOVES this feature and will agree to your terms.All that being said, I know a lot of people with these tubs and they all seem to be fairly maintenance free - if anything, the motor will eventually burn out and have to be replaced, but I wouldn't worry too much about that.

You can get great ideas too from Architectural Digest, which I take, but generally the homes featured are not the run of the mill investment properties, just a tad nicer, LOL!

josh, i think this forum is awesome, as i have told you before..one of the great features is on our profiles, people can see what we've been voting up...would it be possible to someday show who has voted us up, or what we said that was voted up, just like what we have now, except the opposite?
