Stroller (people with 5 year olds re-learn how fast their kids get tired and how heavy they become)These have worked best for me, since I provide a 24 hour check in, I don't want cookies or cake sitting out all day for them to get there, and it reduces the work required on my property manager in getting consumables for the new guests.

I did that once only after the parents cosigned, that ended up being a rock band.They turned the basement into a recording studio.The front door was trashed the place look tired after they left so I kept three deposit licked my wounds and moved on.The best part I went to you Tube listened their music that was cut in my basement.
