If you're serious about making RE a career get your license and work for a house flipper, property manager, wholesaler, RE brokerage, anything to get your foot in the door and learn on the job. 

I totally agree and I’ll also be starting my sales career in Gainesville, so any other markets would be at least 2 years ahead.
