While in trying to learn about Wholesaling, I'd like to dive into the investment end of Real Estate as well. 

In person learning can be great if that's your preferred learning style, but there are many online programs that will give you an abundance of information and the flexibility to go through the content at your own pace.

Lessons learned?

I am a Journeyman lineman by trade and have been saving capital and learning about real estate for quite some time now.

If I am spending my time to learn and build a team in a new market, spending time to rehab on average of let's say 3-6 months, I would want to upside of the renovation to be 50-100K or else it wouldn't be worth my time.

For me, there were many lessons learned that helped me along the way which also helped me build systems to help them run smoother.

The more they talk, the more you will learn.
