That's 3 weeks from now almost and he hasn't gotten the notice.If this goes to court I see the judge letting the tenant keep the deposit and then giving tenant probably a few more weeks to find a suitable place to move to.Whatever you do you must not impose your will or do a self help eviction because you want to meet this September 8th deadline.If you planned on moving in you should have had it a condition that the place be delivered with one unit vacant before closing.

@Dylan Boesch When looking for comps I try and find homes with the same or similar school district, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, finished sq', total sq', style of home, size of the lot, age of home and neighborhood.
