It's been great hearing other stories from folks outside of real estate, and I find that many of their ideas are still relevant to me in my own entrepreneurial endeavors even though they're doing stuff I have no interest in like reselling on eBay or running online retail stores.

The other thing that I would mention is that every single brokerage that touts training basically teaches you the same stuff...call friends and family, call FSBOs (for sale by owner), and expired leads, etc.
