Choosing a lender - whats the difference?
17 March 2021 | 1 reply
I've read so many posts on here from people who get to the final stretch just before closing and their internet lender (who no ones ever heard of before but promised them the lowest rate) couldn't close the loan because they overlooked something (i.e. small detail that was previously disclosed by the borrower, property type didn't qualify for the loan they had applied for, etc) and the loan was going to fall through with no time to reapply with another lender before the contract expired.

@Ruslan NazarenkoHCOL area will also have greater natural appreciation and low cap rates that increase the return on increasing NOI on a commercial property.LCOL area is much more efficient for your money initially. What's right for you depends on 1,000 different factors all unique to you but it will come down to what do you want to do, how do you want to invest, what is your timeline for investing, where do you want to get to, and how much risk is a tolerable amount?

What to say when hiring a real estate agent in Maryland?

If you are set in buying then just try to buy as cheap a house as you can get in this market, keep an eye on North Laurel or Elkridge (Howard County side) some times old properties pop up for around ~$320K, that could be a good investment overtime and you wont have to stretch your budget as much.
