SOme short info about very specific topics:   IE- how to get a permit, how to change a toilet, etc.   ... 

I'm thinking:  recent law updates, handling specific tenant issues, when to raise the rent,  service/companion animals, vs pets;    Specific ideas would be best.   

If so, is there a specific real estate attorney to look for?

Without knowing more about the property there's not a lot of specifics that we can really get in to.I will agree with what has been said about closing costs - seems a little bit  low.
