They were not happy about it and did not want to do it, so I took it down myself after I talked to my attorney and he gave me the green light.

I'm managing green campaigns for small and medium-sized companies in Sydney and currently working with a large home cleaning service provider which gives me a better look at the demands of my target group for property flipping.

I am so green so anything you find I am open to learning and I am always willing to share what I find out as well. :)  I am researching Wholesaling since I do not have investment money for now, but many of the meetings and training I attend have info on diff aspects.

I wouldn't do this deal at my current position and I can easily afford to write a $68 check every month so I definitely cannot green light this for a new investor.

I'm extremely new to this market and very green so I'll be around just doing research and figuring out what's-what. 

Instead the most important thing is "who is going to bring the green bean casserole to Aunt Suzie's this year" and "Tommy is only 6 so he still believes in Santa Clause.
