I started listening Brandon’s podcast, webinar, and watching his videos, which are all very educational and constructive (watched also Cardone, Clayton Morris).My 23 year old son who is finalizing his masters in cyber security, has also developed a strong interest and is very enthusiastic about this opportunity for growth.My husband and I are still working (W2) and we have our primary house on Long Island N Y. and a rental vacation property in Florida.

We did find something so so for my son but if you have a good product there is demand.

@Steve VaughanI don’t live there but I always liked a saying attributed to Texas“He’s all hat and no cattle” I had my 12 year old son help me install a complete set of kitchen cabinets and I dare say he seemed to actually enjoy it.

By 20-30 years from now when my son is my age the loss of jobs will be so overwhelming some sort of solution must be enacted, and it will probably be too late.

The best example I can give, is that I used to wonder (when I started) why people in San Francisco or Palo Alto were willing to buy up property at a 3% cap rate.

Do not tell my son in law I refer to contractors in this pejorative manner.

So my mother-in-law who was also there said that she is about to call the sheriff and the son lets them in. 

The one couple has a son about the same age as our Daughter, and we met at a public park and the children played together.
