Vines are easy to remove unless woody ones- cut back, pull up roots. wire brush the roots, maybe power wash to clean up mortar.

To this day, I’ll move a yard of mulch, clean our gutters, mow the lawn etc but I will not color, cut or even touch up the roots of my hair!

Because that property had a tree root that lifted the driveway about 2 inches, with a crack through the blacktop. 

All that being said you need to have at least 20 to 30 real cash buyers that have proof of funds and a solid track record of closing.
