My plan would not be to install any road ways, but to just layout the lots, covenants and easements.  

Reasonable price, a floating floor in case you get foundation movement,  durable, and super easy and quick to install.  

Professionally installed and tenant either must restore to original condition or leave the rack upon move-out.

One of the only downsides though is some Windows software won't work on them but you could have a "Dual Boot" system with Windows and Linux installed so you could choose which one to use at any given time.

At some point in the past steel supports and concrete pillars were installed in the basement to stabilize the property.

One of the first handymen I hired off of CL got in a fight with his own worker in front of me because the Pergo floors they installed were not tightened properly.  

They have contracts on their site for doing bond for deed, installment sales and seller financing deals.  

It has 27th in depth but it turned out that you can install the vent on the side to save about 4" in the back.  

Any equity loan is an installment sale, regardless of when title is taken. 

I am not an expert but I used to work in high end houses as a cabinet Maker, installer and finisher, but I would think that all comes to your personal goals and objective, what do you intend to do with the property?
