Who do you use for skip tracing and SMS?

Why not stick with your original plan - skip the wholesaling which is not risk-free - and vet a lender who will provide cash for an offer as long as you qualify for a mortgage upfront. 

Today I started cold calling my driving for dollars list and many of the numbers that i had received using batch skip tracing were not accurate numbers.
