To put this another way, would you rather leave your $40,000 of capital in a property for 2 years and then walk away with a $50,000 realization event when you sell the home or in those 2 years complete 3 BRRRR transactions, become frustrated by the reality of owning the low income housing and then sell 3 homes after 5x as much work with no gain?
