i'm thinking of buying a FM as well,  but i'll be living in one of the unit unit so i can get my feet wet in the real estate business. i'm guessing the cash flow on the single family for more money especially it's in a good location...meaning great school, restaurant, etc.....did you use BRRRR calculator?
