These tenants want the same thing all tenants want: good value for their money and to be treated respectfully. 

If they ask for help be clear on the specific and respect their boundary and yours.

Certain hot markets (like Santorini) have a pretty tough barrier to entry –– I've been tossing out respectable offers to try and keep this going ball rolling here, but big money has already moved in and locals aren't as easily bought as they were even 5 years ago.

Others just put there bose on or their I phone buds and never say a word.. you have to respect both. 

In terms of showings, it's always decent/respectful to try and work around the tenant's schedule regarding showing requests.
