I can definitely introduce you to a few  reputable whole salers, but everytime I connect a hopeful wholesaler they just tell them to go read books and  joing certain groups.

Jessica Hoffpauir (Rayburn) at Capital Title is the only one I use and she has an excellent reputation within the local investment community.

If you know of a reputable contractor (general, plumbing, electrical, etc) in Pittsburgh, please reply!

But that doesn’t mean you’ll ever see even a penny of it.The type of person who does this also doesn’t give a hoot about their credit or their reputation.  

Just to be clear what my realtor means by “worst part of the city,” is high crime and drug issues.

Put enough down payment so your rate isn't crazy, and find a company which is reputed.

.- Built before 1950- Up down duplexes- Specific neighborhoods known as gang/drug zones - There is usually at least one in each city.- I have a certain price I won’t exceed per unit for purchase and repairs per bedroom size.  

You don’t have to go out and find reputable vendors, your property manager has already done the work for you.

This process is in the 3rd week and now he’s worried that backing out will give him a bad reputation as an investor.
