With that said, this is not and will  never be the typical way that MACK does business and is not representative of our typical investor's experiences.   

I represent a handful of investors/realtors, helping to structure deals, partnership agreements, deeds, etc.  

Who would represent the association?

The main focus of an agent is to show properties to prospective buyers and list and market and promote a property if they are representing the seller.

The landlords were represented by lawyers and the cases seemed to have been straightforward.

He has represented my family in three transactions (parents, sister, and brother) and they all have nothing but great things to say about him!

I represent sellers in Memphis where I work that choose to handle it both ways.

In contrast, if the sale was $900k with X% interest such that the payments were the same, the portion of each payment that represents interest would be includible in income.  

You can find yourself in a lot of trouble if the numbers are miss-represented, rehab is not done correctly, back end management doesn't do what they are supposed to do.I would stay with established providers that have actual offices, been doing it for quite a while, and welcome you if you ever what to stop by.I do understand markets cannot totally be irrelevant though. 

Make sure that the 93 YO lady is represented by an attorney... you don't want to be low balling the elderly .. our comment  Overwhelm ( save that for later) infers a negative connotation and for that reason if was an investor it would be like Shark Tank   For that reason I am out !
