Skype is different, I have had that before and wasn't that reliable at the time, its probably gotten better.I'm not up on group conference calls on that system, but I guess if people wanted to do something it could be mentioned in the forums with the topic, numbers and time

I don't know Spain's laws but my next question for my Spanish Real Estate Attorney would be:Can the property ownership be transferred to a Spanish Land Trust or something of that nature?

Then I can bring my partner in as co-owner of LLC.I can see a problem transferring additional properties later though.The land trust idea was something my partner came up with from a REI seminar.
