Just make sure that you have adequate liability Insurance and tell your Insurance Company that you are renting this out as a MTR/LTR/STR or whatever you end up doing.Bruce said exactly what my thoughts are.Make sure you use a regular lease for over 30 day rentals.An LLC gives you no extra tax benefits.
