I’ve been listening to the podcasts for about 6 months now and I finally feel that I’m at a place where I want to take my first steps towards purchasing a property.

I am listening and reading everyday but want to get involved what is a good step besides looking on MLS and working with a Realtor to look at properties?

I am excited to say that I took  the first step toward my goals and am closing this month on my first triplex in Wilmington, DE!

My question is what extra steps do I need to do to bring foreign money into the US, and what documents will I need from them?
