Throw away the old storm windows and seperate screens that you have to swap out each season for these relatively inexpensive combo units that install on the outside of the window frame in about 5 minutes each (once you have measured for proper size, and had them either custom made or are able to fit standard sizes where possible).

If they've given you the proper notice and it really is a month-to-month situation there's probably little you can do (that's the whole point of month-to-month leases, allowing either party to terminate it without cause).

You can sell the note to a note buyer but honestly the overlevaging will make it not very attractive to a note buyer but you need to create a seller financed note first then you would sell it to a note buyer.Before you even setup the note you would want to be working with a note expert whom can assist you in properly structuring the note before you jump in from the my understanding most note investors can this "pre-flighting" the deal.

Environmental studies are important as well, as Costa Rica does have many mountainous regions, and recently due to heavy rains we have experienced landslides.Investing in land in Costa Rica is a fantastic investment vehicle when done properly.

You want to get a good handle on what's going on during your inspections.The steep stairs combined with the weird wiring make me wonder if the upper rooms were added with proper permits.
