But based on what you posted you would be allowed to do as you wish with the tiny homes and likely add more if they are a success.Regarding the first part of this thread it's worth noting that there is no zoning in the City of Houston.

One issue is that many places have open listings, so that means compensation to the agent goes to whatever agent brings the buyer, so you'll get 10 or 100 agents all posting the same listing, so can be difficult for buyers to sort through.
