It's in the path of progress and has room to build 15-20 houses, holding for appreciation and pretending to be a farmer sometimes.I have under contract a 3-2 house in a cheap market, the inspection brought to my attention additional problems and I'm trying to renegotiate it for 6 grand less (heat pump and electrical issues).

You can pat yourself on the back and simply non renew ...then you don’t get your back money and they ultimately just stay longer for free worsening the issue even further .. then you gotta file eviction anyways making things really stretched out .look if they don’t pay Just file for eviction and let the cards fall where they may .
