The drainage was exceptional as the entire basement even at that entrance was completely dry.From the basement the flooring support beams were welded 8inch steel trusses on 24inch centers supported on 12inch steel I Beams with a flange & web thickness running at least 3/4-1inch.

I do not know out your way but here most reputable contractors use professional computer automated construction accounting systems that can spit out a receipt in one second and most supply houses likewise have automated systems a contractor can simply tie into so there is no such a thing as duplicated accounting systems that would cost you extra time and money to produce a receipt for the client.

@Stephen JoynerWhen we are undertaking a major retrofit, I always produce an electrical diagram (floor plan showing all fixtures, receptacles, switches, circuits) and review it with the electrician either before we start or during demo.

My county's web site has an interactive map & when you click on a property the full tax history comes up along with the name & address of the owners.
