I have at least 30 minutes to kill each night while rocking my little one to sleep and that sounds like a great way to spend it.

My end goal is 5-10 buy and holds that I own outright that will be producing a cashflow of $5,000.

Would you happen to know any good contractor's in Orlando that produce quality kitchen remodels for a fair price?  

. :)  I've actually learned quite a bit since I put this property under contract, and knowing what I know now I probably wouldn't purchase this property again, but at this point assuming all goes well with inspections and appraisals, I think I'll see this one through and use it as an income-producing education lesson.

I could throw a rock and hit a house 4 houses down with 1 extra bathroom that appraised for 68k and its the same materials...
