So when I sit with the seller, as long as the house is in good shape, good location, good layout, and the seller wants to preserve the small amount of equity they have, and they don't mind helping the buyer buy their home on terms, I'll see if the home seller wants to look at doing a 1) lease option assignment or a 2) subject to, or a 3) wraparound purchase.1.
