@Russell Brazil this is from the Fannie guidelines under the "Delayed Financing Exception": a natural person;an eligible inter vivos revocable trust, when the borrower is both the individual establishing the trust and the beneficiary of the trust;an eligible land trust when the borrower is the beneficiary of the land trust; oran LLC or partnership in which the borrower(s) have an individual or joint ownership of 100%.

He not only failed to see the unethical nature of his idea but seemed shocked I pointed out how unscrupulous it was.After this he ignored all messages and emails I sent regarding the eviction.I then received correspondence from a colleague of his saying they can't evict the tenant.The reason given was that he sent a request for repairs prior to being served with an eviction notice.

Your trust will have to have special language to be an owner in your S-corp because only natural persons or human beings can typically be owners in S-Corps.
