then you will pay them 12% for the time you borrow the money - but will owe the $100,000 + 12%.Caveats - they usually want you to have some money in the deal too - but 100% financing isn’t out of the question.The more other assets you have, or the more you have done other deals - the easier it is to do the next deal.
