The first email i got in response to my ad (which has only been up 1 day) was a condo (no specifics...guessing 2/1 by mls listed stuff is the smallest). its a resort condo and the writer just pasted a pic and they don't occupy the condo and want to get rid of it for what they owe... $145k. lowest one for SALE (not cma) is $149k so its not a steal or anything.

I am not much of a rei meeting attendee, but when I do go I find it striking that most of the people their are trying to do the exact thing that you are doing, so in many cases you end up with a room full of networkers, meeting with networkers.One lesson that I would suggest is that when you do go to one, try to identify the key players by talking to other networkers there about what is what.

Each and every time that I called to request my money returned to my account I was told that it was their fee for me canceling...then I was told that I was still "active" with them (meaning still had service) - I hated to resort to what I did next, but I had to close that bank account and start anew!
