Hello @Ray Urzua,Its tough to gage what the purpose of your licensure would be but I'll assume you're competing with brokers, wholesalers or investors for deals.That said, the license, itself, won't help much but MLS access can give you an advantage.

The best part about this is that you are pretty much buying a duplex but for the price of a SFH... and there are many more SFH than duplexes/ triplexes and you are typically just competing against regular home buyers instead of investors.
