If I'm understanding this correctly people that are managing several STR for other individuals are probably using some type of platform like Hospitable so they aren't having to create individual email/phone numbers for each property they are managing.

I've yet to come across a successful investor that has learned anything material in any of these online real estate courses... it depends on what works for you.
