Great videos try YouTube the "Wholesale to Millions"  channel he is pretty good at showing you a picture about the day to day and what to expect.... and does great live videos on Fridays ..you can ask questions he has covered everything if you look at his previous videos as well.  

Personally, I like the cards with a picture so I can remember the person more easily

If you send me a PM I can probably find some before and after pictures of the house I am referring to.

Going off of what Michael Le said earlier and relating it to what you have stated I think I have gotten a better picture but correct me if I am wrong.

@Jason DiClemente  that’s the plan, I was just wondering if the BP calculator wasn’t taking into account the entire picture since the numbers are displaced.

@Kevin CastanedaFrom the pictures, I cannot tell of the planks are shiplapped or tongue-and-grouve.  

If you don't think spending the money to get the legal agreement right is a good investment,   you aren't looking at the big picture.

But for reference sake, I believe they are all Sherwin Williams colors, I can snap pictures of the actual paint codes if anyone is interested.
