On the other hand I am a HUGE fan of leverage right now!

I have been in the Army for a total of 8.5 years and I use to be very passionate about it.

I'm an avid sports fan and love to read, so thanks to the lack of good sports teams in Minnesota I've been soaking up every real estate book I can get my hands on, but I'd love to hear your favorites.

I am looking for someone who can help fix minor issues such as leaks, installation of ceiling fans, or minor electrical projects, replacement of broken single pane windows, etc.

So I guess you could say the $200 has already in a sense made it well worth it through the discovery in this site alone and the renewed passion for becoming a real estate investor!

I got up to about 30 units in two and a half years and with that in place I now pursue another business venture that I'm most passionate about.

And the ones that do put up with the bad one, that's not good either.Personally speaking, I'm not a fan of multi unit properties as they can only ever be bought by investors.

I'm not a fan of sitting in a classroom and listening to an instructor read the book to me, never went to class in college either.  

Although I am not a fan of bright red, I agree that shutters and a nice color door would work wonders, maybe a burgundy or a dark green.
