I have a good grasp of general real estate concepts from finishing my real estate salesperson courses and helping my parents with the entire process of their last home purchase from finding a deal to closing. 

Maybe focus it on bigger groups such as church groups, or corporate retreats, or Boy Scouts-Girl Scout troop getaways with parents?

The perfect opportunity came along at the perfect time when an out of state family friend approached me to update his parent's home for resale.

The parents want to move into our property with their adult daughter.

So unless you’re targeting me, go for more bedrooms. 3mis an obvious minimum as you have space for parents with one kid and a craft/office/workspace.

My parents have rented it out successfully for years but to lower quality tenants.

I have been helping my parents get into real estate and I find it to be very rewarding.

My parents are going to sell their home to me for 220K.
