My personal opinion is you should maneuver your way to get in front of the owners of the company you work for.

Is there a certain neighborhood, owner occupied vs. not owner occupied, length of ownership, debt on property vs. no debt, etc.

Rather than selling the house just 1 year after purchasing and not making a major gain, I decided to rent it.

If you were to partner with a great handyman/handywoman to give you the aesthetic finish and attract newer MH owners your way, I think this is an awesome strategy to build your own park.
