If you were going to hire a professional to speak with, how would you know where to find the right one?

Having the right attorney is a big part of the business, but also understanding how violations, town inspections, zoning certs, transfer stamps, PTAX and other "fun" parts of the closing process work are a huge part of what we do as agents. 

We've never had one PM company that we made a profit with.  

I'm looking forward to learning about different ways of doing real estate.

Hi @Ian StedmanI would leverage that capital against a hard money loan or DSCR loan to buy a property.

Of course my Property Manager takes care of the units now but I do not think they do.

Do you find it’s easier or harder to close deals this time of year?

(One is $61K, one is $124 K, one is $133 K and one is $134K).     

Just offer a great experience at a fair price and they will come.
