It was simply a discussion/roll play between Will and Bill and occasionally Marc would chime in, The 10 others in the chat probablly wernt willing to say a word after the 10 times I was scolded for asking logical questions.

I may be a bit late in posting an introduction - it has only taken me 2 years of occasional BP reading to realize that getting involved in this team sport is much better than hiding in a corner.I have a few out of state buy and hold deals under my belt, but I'd still consider myself new.

But again, around here, we have to have an approved site plan/permit and an approved building plan/permit before we can actually start construction (although occasionally we do get permission to start excavation ahead of the building permit).Good luck!

I've been in homes, however, where tenants actually leave the toilets not flushed, sinks full of dishes, etc., because they don't want to move so make the place uninviting to say the least.
