They might want it but not at the rent per sq ft you can land with another national tenant who deems it more a valuable space.

The company is First National Acceptance Company in Lansing MI, which appears to be a solid, reputable company with A+ rating at the BBB.

Has multiple bankruptcy, has a home(approx 950k)  with numerous liens approx (700k), been in multiple lawsuits.
