I have finally narrowed down my focus to starting out by purchasing a duplex in my area.

I'm going to do some market analyses for potential areas to help me narrow this down.

I'm looking at a few properties to purchase and have narrowed it down to 2.One is a quad-plex apartment building worth about ~$2mil, and the other is a single family home situated on a hill next to the downtown.

Thus far I’ve narrowed it down to Texas or Florida.

In what areas should I be looking to narrow my search.

We are going to take our criteria that will include location, price, etc, to narrow it down first, then there are still too many so we narrow it down or at least prioritize with rules of thumb. 

I quickly narrowed that list down to 4 and have since had 2 other banks referred which I’ll follow-up within the next couple of days.

The stairs seem to be done wrongly...they are quite narrow front to back AND steep.
