I once owned a Brokerage in NC and have to retake the exam since I have not been active for 5 years.Dearborn, the publisher of the book used in the real estate school I attended - "Modern Real Estate Practices" has a exam disk for additional purchase that will not only review each portion but provide practice exams and scoresOnce spending several hours with this as a study aid I passed.

I'm no longer listening to that voice.This is partially due to discovering that a friend of mine, after investing in mobile homes on the side for a few years while he worked his regular 9-5 was able to "take a package" and go full time with investing rather that submit to the whims of the big corporate brother.

One of the houses was actually a mobile home which I'm not usually too fond of but the numbers work so I'll take it!  

I always look at my vehicle as a mobile office and make SURE I have contracts in it b/c you never know when you will be at a yard sale and find out they are selling grannies house once its cleared out!!...

Found a "Subject To" deal on a Mobile home with financing in place from Wells Fargo.
