Hello I just purchased a Mobile home in a MHP and the MHP stated that I need to pay a deposit and lot rent.

The 1031 exchange is primarily used by smaller, private investors (ie. middle class), removing it or severely capping it will remove an upward mobility tool.

Has anyone invested in a manufactured mobile home that sits on solid foundation that came with acreage?

Check homes in the area on AirBnB or VRBO, just don't put dates in and it will show you all homes, even if they are booked that week.My home is walking distance to two beaches and the lighthouse.  

I’ve purchased several tax deeds in Mobile, Alabama which 95% of them have been land.

If they don't like it, please provide your move out date.

My personal expectation is that any revenue raising legislation will have an effective date of whenever the bill is signed into law.It's really anyone's guess, however deeply retroactive legislation that raises taxes is debatedly unconstitutional under the due process clause of the fifth amendment, and to a lesser extent other clauses.
