Will becoming accredited help me at all? 

And if it was me at your age, on the scenario above, I would live in the basement and rent out the upstairs (which I assume is larger and would rent for more).

Hey Rich,Listen, I'd like nothing more than to be able to revisit me at 26.

I once had a broker list a flip for me at 3% commission, and had very little activity because buyers' agents were steering their clients toward other properties that offered a higher commission.

I'm guessing this move is going to cost me at least 6 weeks in lost time (efficiency loss), but won't be a net loss in $$$ as I was doing the whole flip in cash.

For me at least,  I found the new update totally user unfriendly and it gave me a "forced" feeling.  

Literally every tiny bit of info is gold to me at this point.

My criteria for determining this was simply: "gimme the areas with the lowest unemployment rate; the areas with highest rental rate, the areas with low price-to-rent ratio"the table should be pretty self-explanatory (of course, to me at least!

It is also in my contract that although we have an time table agreement that the seller can still fire me at any point.
