What kinds of tenants would be best for this kind of building with such low parking?

It doesn't make much sense to sell it as you will most likely never see those low interest rates or won't see them for tens of years.

@Christian Sidaros I know of a few lenders that go as low as 10% down up to 95% of LTC/75% of ARV.
